Our Rules of Engagement
At Nakshatrika, we are committed to to provide our customers with the best service possible. For us, working for God is more important than working for a living. As a result, whether a customer or client feels or tries to twist this principle, we may struggle to serve In this case we would refund customer’s full service charge.
We always aim to make an impact of 100% or more for our clients. Accordingly, we view muhurtha (time) and adjust the rituals accordingly. Customers are also informed. If the customer still wants to perform the ritual at sai muhurtha despite our many explanations, we will refund them. If the customer is not satisfied, we wait for an explanation. Dissatisfaction is not considered if the statement lacks moral ground and evidence. The customer cannot get a refund either.
Customers who express their dissatisfaction and complaints two days after the ritual has ended and the films have been received are not eligible for a refund. If the client cancels the homam and the pooja before 6 hours after the performance of the service, aadhesh rituals reserves the right to change the date, time and priests of the service.
